Nana Agradaa Sparks Social Media Frenzy with Presidential Ambitions

Controversial Ghanaian evangelist Nana Agradaa has once again ignited conversations across social media with her latest declaration—this time about a potential run for the presidency. In a viral video making rounds online, Agradaa remarked that she would have entered the race for Ghana’s highest office if she had known how “simple” it was to launch a political campaign.

Citing Pastor Osofo Kyiriabosom, leader of the Ghana Union Movement (GUM) and a former presidential candidate, Agradaa said, “If someone like Osofo Kyiriabosom can form a political party and contest in elections, then I certainly can too.”

Taking things further, she unveiled her ideal running mate: outspoken media personality Afia Schwarzenegger. Agradaa asserted that Ghana is ready for a fearless, visionary female leader, claiming, “The country needs a woman like me—bold, intelligent, and well-versed in investments that can drive national development.”

Her statements have sparked a mix of humor and skepticism online, with many Ghanaians playfully imagining the impact of such a leadership duo. While some social media users joked about the pair as “Ghana’s ultimate power couple,” others expressed concern, dubbing them “two of Ghana’s most controversial figures” and questioning the feasibility of their leadership.

The video has continued to fuel Agradaa’s reputation for making bold, unconventional remarks that dominate headlines and keep her at the center of public discourse.
