Nigerian music superstar Davido, also known as David Adeleke, couldn’t resist bragging about his impressive network during the Elevate Africa programme. The singer proudly shared that he has the phone numbers of 14 sitting presidents, a privilege he attributes to the doors his music has opened for his family.
“Forget about the money,” he said. “I have 14 presidents’ phone numbers. I can call them directly anytime I want.”
Davido went on to explain that whenever he visits a country, the president himself often wants to meet him. “That’s not just fame; it’s about promoting our culture on a global scale. It’s incredible to see how far my music has taken me and my family.”
